Description
The circular tactile protractor is a drawing tool useful for blind and partially sighted people. Clear, black, differentiated, raised markings help you draw and measure angles.
The protractor was designed as a teaching aid for people with visual impairments. Its diameter is 15 centimeters.
The tactile markings are additionally covered with black paint. Long, convex lines 1 mm high mark the angle values of 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees and 0 and 360 degrees.
Raised, dashed lines of 0.5 mm height mark the angle values of 45 degrees, 135 degrees, 225 degrees and 315 degrees.
Medium-length lines are spaced every 10 degrees, while short lines, dashes, are spaced every 5 degrees.
