OrCam MyEye 2 is a small, discreet, compact and revolutionary wearable device equipped with OCR technology, intended for blind and visually impaired people. Attached to any glasses frame using a magnetic holder, it recognizes printed text, barcodes on products in the store, banknotes, identifies any objects, recognizes faces, detects colors and reads information with a synthetic voice using a 13-megapixel camera. Intelligent OCR technology recognizes text with great accuracy even on uneven surfaces. The device also recognizes the language automatically. OrCam MyEye is operated using a touch panel and simple, intuitive gestures, e.g. pointing to the text to be read. You can also use gestures to pause reading or announce the date and time.
