The Optelec Compact 10 HD enlarger enables visually impaired people to enlarge texts and images, read newspapers, letters and magazines. The enlarger’s three cameras offer three operating modes. The extendable full-screen camera arm opens up new possibilities. After unfolding the arm, you can easily look through photos, medicine packaging, read inscriptions on round containers, sign your name or solve crossword puzzles.

A large, 10-inch, high-resolution touch screen, configurable functions and intuitive operation make the Compact 10 HD combine the advantages of stationary video enlargers with a compact, foldable and portable design. The relatively large screen allows larger portions of text to be displayed, ensuring optimal viewing. With more text blocks displayed simultaneously, reading comprehension becomes easier, even at high magnification. The enlarger is ready to use almost immediately after switching on. Compact 10 HD is also available with text-to-speech, allowing you to hear text read in a synthetic voice.
